Kindergarten Taranaki is a not-for-profit association providing low-cost early childhood education for tamariki and whānau across Taranaki. We offer high-quality teaching and learning with our 100% qualified and registered kindergarten teachers.
Kindergartens are located in communities where tamariki live and go to school. Each of our kindergartens are as unique and diverse as the communities they are located in. Kindergarten Taranaki gives tamariki a great start to their education journey in a caring, community environment.
Community and whānau participation remain at the heart of all we do, along with accessibility, inclusivity, our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and our non-profit status.
Kindergarten Taranaki provides administrative, management and operational support to 24 kindergartens across Taranaki, supporting educational leadership and professional development to over 250 teaching and support staff.
You are always welcome to visit into any of our kindergartens to find out more, and experience the kindergarten difference.
