WHANĀUNGATANGA

Here at Ngāmotu Kindergarten the importance of relationships is at the heart of our Kindergarten and community. This sense of being connected through relationships is woven throughout our daily practices.

TURANGAWAEWAE

Ngāmotu Kindergarten will become your home away from home. A place where you can be yourself, display mana, have a voice and be heard. The identities, languages, and cultures of tamariki are strengthened by acknowledging the interconnectedness of people, place, time and things.

AROHA

Aroha is at the core of our teaching and environment, displaying values of peace, curiosity, creativity, unconditional love, respect, kindness and beauty.

AKO

Kaiako actively engage in respectful working relationships with whānau, tamariki, and the wider community. We recognise that the importance of sharing and learning holistically together will maximise tamariki success. (hinengaro, tinana, whatumanawa, wairua).
